For 27 years I have focused my time on intimately getting to know how skin functions. My mission is to find a treatment path that suits your skin and your best interest. Using the latest technology, products, and methods, my treatments and home care regimes are tailored to provide you with optimum results.

Paul Laband, MD
Medical Director
Blu Monarch is medically supervised by Dr. Paul Laband with National Medical Directors Inc.
Paul Laband, MD, is a board-certified internist with almost 3 decades of experience in primary and hospital-based care. He earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in internal medicine at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.
He joined St. Joseph Health in 2015, and in 2016 also began working as a part-time hospice physician with Kindred Hospice. After several years of experience as a hospice physician, he achieved the designation of Certified Hospice Medical Director through the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board.
He also enjoys aesthetics and is familiar with all aspects of medical spa services. Helping patients feel their absolute best is his number one priority.

Jose
Meet our Nurse Injector, Jose! Jose is outgoing, charismatic and detail oriented. After serving in the Marines, he went on to earn his nursing degrees at the University of San Francisco where he also minored in Gerontology.
Meeting Tiffany and inspired by her philosophy of customized patient treatment helped to bring him onboard his journey with Blu Monarch. Jose's aesthetic eye paired with the awareness of how ageism can adversely impact people's lives both mentally and in the workforce led him onto his current mission: helping you find the balance of looking and feeling your best!

When Jen is not working she can be found making her favorite dishes or trying new ones. She is a firm believer in discovering the little joys in life, especially finding her favorite coffee or the best margarita in town.
You may see her at many different concerts or spending time under the sun.
