For 26 years I have focused my time on intimately getting to know how skin functions. My mission is to find a treatment path that suits your skin and your best interest. When she's not “working”

Tiffany has continued her education in the skincare field which introduced her to a new found love, teaching. She focuses on teaching other estheticians and students, in school how to use the perfect technique and care. Her passion for helping others extends to upcoming and current skincare professionals, as Tiffany is an educator and mentor to local businesses and beauty schools. At trade shows, she can be found working with the Alexander’s Aesthetics team.

Jen fell in love with the art of sugaring when she moved to Seattle. After 2 years in WA & sugaring full time, she is excited to return home and bring her love of sugaring to the Bay Area.

When Jen is not working she can be found making her favorite dishes or trying new ones. She is a firm believer in discovering the little joys in life, especially finding her favorite coffee or the best margarita in town. You may see her at many different concerts or spending time under the sun.

Meet our Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Jose!

Jose is outgoing, charismatic and detail oriented. After serving in the Marines, he went on to earn his nursing degrees at the University of San Francisco where he also minored in Gerontology. Meeting Tiffany and inspired by her philosophy of customized patient treatment helped to bring him onboard his journey with Blu Monarch. Jose's aesthetic eye paired with the awareness of how ageism can adversely impact people's lives both mentally and in the workforce led him onto his current mission: helping you find the balance of looking and feeling your best!

This treatment includes a standard facial beginning with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and hydrating of the skin with a mask.
In addition, the Intraceuticals Oxygen facial uses a machine that applies hyperbaric oxygen under light pressure, infusing the serums directly to the skin. The combination of oxygen delivered under pressure and the Intraceutical serums provide the best response for instant, glowing results. Intraceuticals developed a serum that, when professionally administered in conjunction with oxygen, immediately plumps and hydrates the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment includes a standard facial beginning with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and skin rehydrating plus LightStim therapy treatment. Also called Low Level Light Therapy or Red Light Therapy, LightStim LED light therapy delivers light energy to humans similar to the way plants absorb photons of light produced by the sun. A unique combination of distinctly colored LED lights can be customized for either Anti-Aging, Acne or Pain.
