Before your appointment
Come without any eye makeup – avoid using makeup wipes/removers before your appointment
Come without contacts (you will not be able to put them back in after your service)
Avoid caffeine beforehand
Lashes must be free of previous extensions
Freshly washed hair and skin is best, since lifts require a 24 hour drying period and must be kept dry
After your appointment
For the first 24 hours your lashes are still susceptible to shape-shifting, so we recommend avoiding:
Heat and steam (including cooking over a stovetop)
Working out
Eye makeup
Face washes, oils, and similar products
Sleeping on your side or face
